AUSTRALIA
* All orders over $300 are automatically eligible for free standard shipping. Standard transit time is between 2-4 business days in NSW and 2-6 days interstate. Please note the shipping time should be calculated from the day after your order has been dispatched. In metropolitan areas transit time is usually 2-3 days.
* Standard shipping for orders under $300 will be charged at $10. Standard transit time is between 2-4 business days in NSW and 2-6 days interstate. In metropolitan areas transit time is usually 2-3 days. Please note the shipping time should be calculated from the day after your order has been dispatched.
* Express shipping for $20. Typical transit time 1-2 business days after your order has been dispatched in NSW and 1-3 business days for interstate orders. In metropolitan areas transit time is usually 1-2 days. Please note the shipping time should be calculated from the day after your order has been dispatched.
The shipping fee will be applied at the checkout. All orders are sent via Australia Post and customers will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the order has been shipped.
Please allow 1 business day for dispatch. Our team will pack your order between business hours Monday – Sunday, excluding NSW public holidays. The orders will then be dispatched the first day after the weekend and NSW public holidays.
Please note that as this service is not under insurance, Peggy Concept Store is not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen parcels. Orders are left as an 'authority to leave' unless otherwise directed by the customer. If you do not want your order left without signature, please comment in your order notes.
Please note that for domestic orders containing perfume, your order will be sent via Australia Post Road Service. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery depending on your area.
FRAGILE ITEMS - ART AND LAMPS
Fragile and bulky items like Art and Lamps require a specific mode of transport therefore shipping will be charged based on your address. Once a purchase is placed online we will contact you for your address, obtain a quote for cost and transit time from the freight forwarder and contact you to manually process the shipping fee.
IN STORE PICK UP
You can opt to pick your purchase up from our Avalon Beach Boutique:
62 Old Barrenjoey Road Avalon Beach +61 459 963 622.
Your order will be packed within an hour of making the purchase and you are welcome to try your purchase on in store in case you would like to exchange the size on the spot.
NEW ZEALAND
We offer shipping to New Zealand for $30 AUD.
All orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel. *excluding orders containing perfumes due to regulations.
Please also allow 1 business day for your order to be processed and dispatched. Standard shipping time is approximately 6-8 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

REST OF WORLD
We offer express shipping to the rest of the world for $60 AUD or you can chose the more economic option of $50.
Please also allow 1 business day for your order to be processed and dispatched. Standard shipping time is 7-14 business days. Please note this does not include weekends. Express orders will arrive in approximately 7 business days after dispatch and depending on your local customs and post delivery service times.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped please carefully track your order through the Aus Post tracking page.

DUTIES & TAXES
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which are applied by your local government and customs office, on imported goods. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer.
Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to Peggy Concept Store in order to receive a refund.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Unfortunately some shipping restrictions may apply to certain brands and products sold online. If an item cannot be shipped to your shipping destination a message will apply at the cart.
