We hope you love your purchase for years to come. Please see our returns policy below should you have any questions or concerns;

ONLINE ORDERS

We accept returns for a refund, store credit or exchange on all full priced purchases made online within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. Products must be returned in a saleable condition meaning clean, unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, alteration, odour, makeup, damage or general wear and tear will not be accepted. It is at the discretion of our Customer Service team whether merchandise has been returned in its original condition.

Due to hygiene and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, swimwear, fragrances, candles, art or gift cards.

Please try on all footwear on a carpeted surface before general wear. Returns of footwear will not be accepted if the product shows scuff marks, sole wear or if the original shoe box is damaged.

All online sales are deemed final after 90 days from the delivery date. No claims will be accepted beyond this period for return, exchange, refund, non receipt, damage, manufacturing fault, loss or condition disputes. This timeframe reflects the investigation and tracking limitations imposed by Australia Post and international postal and courier services whose delivery records are no longer accessible after a limited period.

We accept returns for a store credit or exchange on all full priced purchases made in store within 14 days of the purchase date on your receipt. SALE POLICY

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on products that are discounted. Please choose sale products carefully and we hope you enjoy the savings on your purchase. There are no further discounts or free shipping codes to use on sale purchases.

 

DELIVERY NON RECEIPT, LOSS AND RISK TRANSFER

For all Australian and international orders, responsibility transfers to the customer once the parcel has been handed to the carrier and marked as dispatched and subsequently when the parcel is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Peggy Concept Store is not responsible for loss, theft, misplacement, delay or damage once an order has been accepted by Australia Post or any international postal or courier service. This includes parcels that are lost, delayed, misdirected or damaged while in transit.

All delivery issues including non receipt or loss in transit must be reported to us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so that a carrier investigation may be initiated within their allowable timeframes. Claims raised outside this period cannot be investigated due to carrier tracking and insurance limitations and will not be accepted.

After 90 days from the dispatch or delivery date, all orders are deemed final and closed. No claims will be accepted for loss, non receipt, damage, wear and tear, manufacturing fault or condition disputes beyond this timeframe.

 

CHARGEBACK AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing a purchase with Peggy Concept Store, you agree that any claim relating to delivery, non receipt, damage, fault or condition must be raised directly with us within 14 days of delivery.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated more than 90 days after delivery or purchase will be formally contested.

Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of fulfilment.

We reserve the right to submit all order records, tracking confirmation, delivery evidence, customer communications and policy agreements to banks, card schemes and payment providers in the event of a chargeback or payment dispute.

Failure to notify us within the applicable timeframes voids eligibility for refund, replacement or credit.

 

HOW TO RETURN ONLINE ORDERS

We suggest all items are checked as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the required timeframe.

For all online returns please contact our Customer Service team at hello@peggyconceptstore.com with your request. Our team will advise you on the next steps.

Please send your unused purchase back in its original condition and packaging to Peggy Concept Store at 62 Old Barrenjoey Road, Avalon Beach NSW 2107. Please use a registered and trackable method of return shipment. We do not accept liability for lost return parcels.

Your return will be assessed at the discretion of our Customer Service team and if approved will be reversed to your original form of payment or issued as a store credit.

Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed to the original form of payment used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds may take 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. The total amount refunded will exclude any shipping charges. Alternatively, a store credit may be issued.

 

FAULTY ITEMS 

Faulty items are rare. If an item you have purchased is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@peggyconceptstore.com within 14 days of delivery with an image and description of the issue. Our team will assess the claim and work with you on a resolution.

Fault claims raised outside this period or where there is evidence of wear, use, damage or alteration will not be accepted.
